Topia is nestled in Baja California Sur’s charming agricultural El Pescadero community. From their sanctuary just above the crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean, Topia hosts intimate groups for all-inclusive wellness & creative retreats. The owners and staff encourage guests to disconnect to reconnect. They have created a simple and serene space for your mind to clear, your spirit to soar, and your body to move with the surrounding nature. Topia is owned and operated by Shelly and Chris, a couple originally from Seattle, Washington. Topia's dedicated staff, including Karen, Topia's Business Manager, is like family. Shelly and Chris are passionate about being a positive addition to the Pescadero community. While there, you’ll experience the best of Baja’s people, food, and views.

the surf suite(s)

There are 2 Surf Suites, North and South. Each suite has 5 single beds, a kitchenette, an en suite bathroom, and a private patio with panoramic ocean views. The Surf Suites are perfect for a group of friends or those traveling solo and willing to make new friends.

the piscina suite(s)

There are 2 Piscina Suites, North and South. Each suite has 1 queen bed, an en suite bathroom and sweeping ocean views. The Piscina suites are located on the same level as the pool, jacuzzi, and Pilates/yoga studio. The Piscina Suites are great for 1 person looking for extra alone time for the ultimate relaxation experience.

The Sunset Suite is Topia’s penthouse suite. It has 2 king beds (or 4 single beds), an en suite bathroom, a large kitchen, and a spacious ocean-view patio living room with a fire pit. The Sunset Suite is ideal for a group of 4 as it has a spacious bedroom and private balcony.
