  • Our 50-minute group Pilates classes offer a dynamic, full-body workout guided by skilled instructors. Class content will vary based on the instructor’s training, education, and style, providing a thoughtful blend of classical and contemporary Pilates using a variety of equipment and props.

    Class Levels & Prerequisites

    • Pilates Fundamentals
Foundation classes are appropriate for beginners and experienced clients alike. That said, group classes are designed for generally healthy, uninjured bodies. These classes move at a steady pace and are not intended for injury rehabilitation or individualized medical needs.

    • Intermediate & Intermediate+ Classes
To join any Intermediate or Intermediate+ class, clients must first complete one of the following:

      • A private session

      • An introductory group class

      • A proficiency exam

This requirement ensures client safety and allows all participants to receive the level of challenge and experience they expect from an intermediate class.

    Injuries & Special Considerations

Clients navigating injuries, significant pain, or complex movement limitations are required to begin with private sessions. This allows us to provide appropriate guidance, individualized programming, and a successful path forward—without compromising the group class experience for others.

Our goal is to create classes that are safe, effective, and respectful of everyone’s time and investment, while ensuring each client receives the level of support they need to thrive.

  • One-on-One, Fully Personalized Movement

Experience a 50-minute private Pilates session designed entirely around your body, goals, and movement needs. Each session incorporates a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates using the full range of Pilates equipment — Reformer, Tower, Chair, Mat, Ped-o-Pull, Barrels, and Baby Arm Chair — along with targeted props to enhance feedback, precision, and control.

We offer two tiers of instruction to best fit your goals and the level of expertise you’d like to work with:

    • Pilates Instructor Private — $135 per session
Work one-on-one with a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor who will guide you through a personalized session focused on building strength, improving posture, and enhancing overall movement quality. Ideal for general conditioning, wellness, and progressing your Pilates practice.

    • Physical Therapy–Informed Private — $150 per session
Work with a licensed physical therapist integrating the full Pilates method with physical therapy principles. These sessions are designed to improve movement efficiency, address imbalances, and support injury prevention or recovery through targeted, clinically informed exercise.

Both tiers offer a thoughtful, whole-body approach to movement — empowering you to move better, feel stronger, and gain a deeper connection to your body.

  • Personalized Movement, Shared Experience

Move together with a partner while receiving individualized instruction tailored to your shared goals. Pilates Duet sessions blend thoughtful cueing, intelligent programming, and expert guidance for two clients using a combination of Reformer, Tower, Chair, Mat, and props to create a balanced, full-body experience.

Each session integrates elements of classical and contemporary Pilates, promoting improved strength, control, and body awareness. The duet format allows you to experience personalized attention in a supportive, collaborative environment.

We offer two tiers of instruction to best fit your needs:

    • Pilates Instructor Duet — $150 per session
Work with a highly trained Pilates instructor to refine technique, build strength, and enhance movement quality using the full Pilates repertoire.

    • Physical Therapy–Informed Duet — $180 per session
Work with a licensed physical therapist for a more clinically informed experience. Sessions incorporate classical and contemporary Pilates along with physical therapy–based movement strategies to address alignment, stability, and individualized therapeutic goals.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your Pilates practice or move through injury recovery together, these duet sessions provide a personalized, expert-guided approach to movement.

  • Personalized Movement — Shared Experience

Enjoy a fully customized Pilates session designed exclusively for your group of up to five participants. Whether you’re looking to move with friends, family, or colleagues, these private group sessions allow you to experience the benefits of Pilates in a more intimate, personalized setting.

Sessions can focus on Reformer, Mat, Tower, Chair, or a combination of apparatus, depending on your group’s goals and preferences. Each class is guided by an expert instructor who will tailor the session to the group’s experience level, ensuring everyone feels challenged, supported, and successful.

  • Physical Therapy-Informed Pilates

Physical Therapy-Informed Pilates blends the movement principles of Pilates with the clinical knowledge and assessment skills of physical therapy to create a purposeful, therapeutic exercise experience. This approach prioritizes active rehabilitation through guided movement rather than passive treatments such as massage or joint mobilization.

Each session focuses on improving alignment, strength, and movement efficiency through carefully selected Pilates-based exercises tailored to your body and goals. This is ideal for individuals seeking a movement-based, restorative, and educational experience rooted in physical therapy principles — without the structure of a formal PT session.

    Traditional Physical Therapy

For those needing “true” physical therapy — including hands-on manual therapy, modalities, joint mobilization, or balance training using a gait belt — full physical therapy sessions are available. These sessions are medically oriented and designed to address specific injuries or conditions with a higher level of clinical intervention.
    Rate: $250/hour

House calls are available for both service types for an additional $50 per session, pending location and scheduling availability.
