Body movement is a right, not a privilege. We understand that certain situations can leave one without the resources to access group fitness or physical therapy. Our sliding scale application is open to you to allow anyone to participate in the studio regardless of financial situation. All applications are private and only visible to the studio owner.

  • Group Classes

    Our 50-minute group Pilates classes offer a dynamic, full-body workout guided by expert instructors. Each class will vary in style and focus depending on the instructor’s background, training, and creative approach — keeping the experience fresh and engaging every time.

    We offer two levels of classes:

    All Levels: These classes are ideal for beginners or anyone looking to build a solid Pilates foundation. Modifications are provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

    Intermediate: Designed for those with previous Pilates experience who are comfortable with the Reformer and familiar with foundational exercises. These classes move at a quicker pace with more complex choreography and fewer breakdowns of movement.

    If you're new to Pilates or would like extra guidance before joining a group class, we recommend booking a private session to build confidence, learn equipment safety, and tailor the experience to your body.

    50-Minute Private Pilates Session

    A one-on-one, 50-minute session tailored entirely to you. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, refining your technique, or just prefer individualized attention, private Pilates sessions are the most personalized way to progress toward your goals.

    Your instructor will design a custom movement experience based on your body, needs, and preferences, using the full range of Pilates equipment. Expect focused, hands-on guidance and expert instruction to help you move better, feel stronger, and gain deeper insight into your own movement patterns.
